What's NOT really an emergency?
A loud or squeaky door. A door that's a little slow but still works. A panel dent you noticed yesterday. A remote that stopped working but the wall button still does. Save the after-hours call charges — book a same-day appointment instead and we'll handle it during regular hours.
How much does after-hours service cost?
It costs more than a regular daytime call — that's the nature of after-hours work. We'll be upfront on the phone about the after-hours rate before we dispatch.
Will you actually come at 2am?
